Filament Printing

At njoy3d.no, filament printing is powered by the Bambu Lab P1S – a high-performance 3D printer designed for speed, precision, and versatility. With its Automatic Material System (AMS), the P1S can seamlessly handle multiple filaments in one print, enabling advanced features like multi-color objects, functional prototypes with different material properties, or simple, everyday prints with outstanding quality.

Unlike basic desktop printers, the P1S is built for reliability and efficiency. It features coreXY motion, an enclosed chamber for stable temperature control, and a hardened nozzle capable of handling standard materials as well as abrasive, reinforced filaments. This means I can deliver prints that are not only beautiful but also strong, durable, and practical.

3d Software

For slicing, I use Bambu Studio, a powerful slicer optimized for the P1S. It allows fine control over layer height, infill, supports, and material changes, while also integrating directly with the AMS. Every print is carefully prepared to balance speed, strength, and surface quality, ensuring that the final product matches your needs exactly.

With the P1S, I can print using a wide range of filaments:

Solutions for your Ideas!

This combination of hardware, software, and material choice makes filament printing with the Bambu Lab P1S extremely versatile. From miniatures and artistic designs to functional prototypes, spare parts, and engineering models, I can adapt the process to match your project – with precision and reliability every time.

Whether you need a small decorative object, a practical replacement part, or a full-scale prototype, filament printing at njoy3d.no delivers the right balance of speed, quality, and creativity.

What types of objects can you print with filament?

Filament printing is very versatile – from decorative items and miniatures to functional parts, prototypes, and even large models. If it fits in the build area, it can usually be printed.

It depends on the filament used. PLA+ is strong enough for everyday items, PETG adds flexibility, while ABS, ASA, Nylon, and Carbon Fiber composites provide excellent durability and resistance for technical parts.

Yes! Thanks to the AMS system on the Bambu Lab P1S, I can print in multiple colors or even combine different materials in the same object.

Print times vary based on size, detail, and material. Small objects may take a few hours, while larger or complex parts can take over a day. Before starting, I always give you an estimated print time.
